Chapel Hill Homes have recently signed a contract to purchase 0.22 hectares of land in the middle of Cheddar. The land is identified for residential development in the Cheddar Neighbourhood Plan and will be accessed via Greenhayes. A planning application for 5 detached units should be submitted in the summer of this year.
